Wellness coaching uses a step by step structured approach to guide you on the right path. Coaching involves using evidence based techniques from coaching psychology, positive psychology and behavioural change to empower you to start to take control of your own life. We assess your values and work together to allow you to make positive changes in your life.

We look at what might be causing obstacles to the things you want to change and we formulate strategies to deal with this. There is no right or wrong way to do things, it is all about what YOU desire. Together we formulate a plan and set some goals to help you on the journey to become Eager for Life!

My sessions with clients are very individual, based on the client’s needs and wants. Each plan is tailor-made to suit your requirements and lifestyle. I work with you as an individual. I never tell you what you ‘should’ do. I don’t like the word ‘should!’ Remember YOU are in control, it’s your life but together we can help you achieve what you desire.

I also offer corporate seminars and workshops.

The Cheer Squad

10 Sessions

This package is ideal for anyone that wants more support to reach that goal and/or get their health back on track. Perfect for anyone that wants a cheer squad by their side every step of the way. I will be your biggest supporter and we will work together to help you reach your goals.

Includes:

One initial session (one hour) to discuss goals and aspirations One follow up session (30 minutes) to ensure that you are on track Eight more sessions (30 minutes) The time duration of how you use these sessions is up to you. During the initial consult we will discuss what will be best suited to your requirements and formulate a plan for moving forward. Total Coaching: 5.5 hours

Please note: As everybody is different with their requirements, my packages are based the number of hours for coaching, rather than a set number of sessions/time period. If you would like ten hours (sessions) over one month, or ten hours over three months, this is entirely up to you and your needs. I am very flexible with my coaching and tailor it exactly to your needs and wants. I can also make a personalised plan for you if the above coaching packages do not suit your requirements. Stress Management

Helping clients with stress management is a strength of mine. Having suffered corporate burnout not once but twice, I understand what it feels like not to be able to cope with the stressors of modern life. I also understand from personal experience how stress can lead to anxiety and depression. Having been in these positions myself, I now have the tools to help you on your journey back to feeling more calm and balanced.

I will show you how to manage your stress naturally. During the first session we will explore the issues that may be causing you stress. We will also look at your diet and lifestyle and how this may be impacting your health.

The kit will be mailed to you prior to the coaching sessions. During our coaching we will explore how these oils can help you find calm and balance and bring a sense of peace into your life.

Coaching packages are based on number of hours. How you utilise this time is entirely up to you. Some people prefer regular 30 minute sessions whereas others prefer 1 hour sessions. We discuss your individual needs during your first session and tailor the package to your requirements.
