Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1/3 cup red papaya
- 1/3 cup cooked sweet potato (flesh only)
- 3 oranges, peeled and cut into quarters

Instructions
- Put all ingredients in high speed blender
- Combine until mixed or use smoothie setting if blender has this
- Serve immediately
Recipe Notes
Note: Can use standard, filtered water if preferred
I removed the skin of the sweet potato but for extra fibre, keep this on
I used purple sweet potatoes but orange could also be used
