- 1-2 cups filtered water depending on if you like your smoothie thick or runnier!
- 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato (flesh only)-orange or purple potatoes
- 4-5 oranges peeled and cut into quarters
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp fresh ginger

- Put all ingredients in high-speed blender
- Combine until mixed or use smoothie setting if blender has this
- Serve immediately
