- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 Tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2-3 drops wild orange essential oil (food grade)*
- 1 Tsp sweetner (Rice Malt syrup or honey) (Optional)

Instructions
- Add frozen raspberries to saucepan along with the water
- Simmer for 10 minutes or until all raspberries are defrosted and mixture is starting to thicken
- Transfer to blender and blitz quickly for a few seconds
- Taste test to assess if sweetner is required. If so, add 1 tsp
- Add one tablespoon desiccated coconut and 2-3 drops wild orange essential oil

*I only recommend and use doTERRA essential oils
Will keep for a week in the fridge
If you would like to make the mixture thicker, add chia seeds and it turns more into a jam consistency. More water can be added for a thinner consistency.
