Raspberry, Coconut and Orange Sauce
A sweet, yet tangy sauce that can be made in minutes. Perfect on top of pancakes or other desserts (Or breakfasts!)

  1. Add frozen raspberries to saucepan along with the water
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes or until all raspberries are defrosted and mixture is starting to thicken
  3. Transfer to blender and blitz quickly for a few seconds
  4. Taste test to assess if sweetner is required. If so, add 1 tsp
  5. Add one tablespoon desiccated coconut and 2-3 drops wild orange essential oil

*I only recommend and use doTERRA essential oils

Will keep for a week in the fridge

If you would like to make the mixture thicker, add chia seeds and it turns more into a jam consistency. More water can be added for a thinner consistency.
