Pineapple and Mint Smoothie
Pineapple and mint-such a perfect summer blend. My smoothies are often made up of whatever I have in the house at the time. The addition of alfalfa sprouts to this smoothie adds extra goodness. Full of fibre, protein and Vitamin K.
  1. Add water to blender
  2. Add rest of ingredients (greens last) and blend until smooth (use smoothie setting if blender has this option)
  3. Serve and enjoy

Serve topped with fresh mint

Add ice to taste if none of the fruit is frozen, or alternatively chill fruit first
