Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats (*can use quinoa flakes for gluten free recipe)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or rice malt syrup
- 1/2 cup and 1tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds* (*if legally allowed to be consumed as food)
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 2/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup cacoa nibs

Instructions
- Blend 1 cup oats, dates, chia and hemp seeds until fine
- Combine with the remainder of ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until mixture combined
- Roll into balls and freeze (can leave in fridge for 30 minutes before rolling to help)

Can be consumed directly from freezer
Will keep for about 1 month (but will never last that long!)
