Peanut Butter Energy Bites
A quick, easy and nutritious energy snack. Perfect for a post workout refuel option or as an afternoon snack!

Instructions
  1. Blend 1 cup oats, dates, chia and hemp seeds until fine
  2. Combine with the remainder of ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until mixture combined
  3. Roll into balls and freeze (can leave in fridge for 30 minutes before rolling to help)

Can be consumed directly from freezer

Will keep for about 1 month (but will never last that long!)
