Ingredients
Base
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup dates
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup Walnuts
Topping
- 2 bananas
- 3 freshly squeezed oranges
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 tsp lucuma powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Base
- Blend all base ingredients together. Place equal parts into 12 piece muffin silicon moulds and press down with back of spoon. Place in freezer for a few hours to set.
Topping
- Blend all topping ingredients together and pour on top of each base. Leave to set in fridge or freezer.
