Detox Smoothie
I made this green smoothie recipe after I’d had a particularly bad ‘food hangover’ after eating processed food-an unusual occasion in my household which I don’t want to repeat again and learnt a lot from! Read more about that here. The smoothie is a great way to kickstart your system back into a healthy routine.

Instructions
  1. Add water to blender
  2. Add rest of ingredients (greens last) and blend until smooth (use smoothie setting if blender has this option)
  3. Serve and enjoy
