Ingredients
- 2 cups soy milk (I use Pure Harvest Organic)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 5 cherries, pips removed and roughly chopped
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp all spice
- 3 dates roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp dessicated (or other) coconut
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger roughly chopped

Instructions
- Add soy milk to blender
- Add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth (use smoothie setting if blender has this option)
- Serve and enjoy

Add ice to taste if none of the fruit is frozen, or alternatively chill fruit first
