Christmas Bliss Balls
These healthy bliss balls are packed full of nuts and dried fruit. They are the perfect snack any time of year but I especially love them during the festive season.

Instructions
  1. Add cashews to food processor or blender and blitz for a few seconds
  2. Add the remainder of the ingredients (except dates) and blend until roughly mixed. Finally add the chopped dates slowly and keep blending
  3. Transfer mixture into bowl
  4. Scoop mixture into hands and roll into medium sized balls
  5. Roll some of the balls in cinnamon sugar
  6. Transfer to a container and leave to set in fridge or freezer until firm
Recipe Notes

Mixture can be left in fridge prior to rolling into balls to make it less sticky

Makes approximately 12 medium sized balls

Will keep in fridge or freezer for at least a week but they be eaten before that!
