Chocolate Almond Chia Pudding
A decadent chia pudding that can be eaten any time of day-even for breakfast. Chia seeds are so nutritious and will fill you up. A great way to start the day.
  1. Add milk, dates, vanilla essence, almond butter and chocolate spread to a blender and mix until thoroughly combined
  2. Stir through chia seeds
  3. Leave on kitchen counter and regularly stir for the next hour ensuring no chia seeds are clumped together
  4. Place in bowls/glasses and place in fridge overnight to set
