Banana and Peanut Butter Chia Pudding
Do you ever want to eat something that feels naughty but is healthy and you can eat it any time of day? This is your recipe! Chia pudding is so versatile. It is also the perfect food to eat post exercise for a great recovery. Enjoy!
  1. Combine coconut milk, banana, peanut butter, vanilla extract and rice malt syrup in a blender and mix until combined
  2. Add chia seeds and stir
  3. Transfer to a bowl and leave on kitchen counter
  4. Regularly stir for the next hour ensuring no chia seeds are clumped together
  5. Place in fridge overnight to set
  6. Remove from fridge and transfer to serving dish
