Raspberry, Coconut and Orange Sauce

A sweet, yet tangy sauce that can be made in minutes. Perfect on top of pancakes or other desserts (Or breakfasts!)

Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 12 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2-3 drops wild orange essential oil (food grade)*
  • 1 Tsp sweetner (Rice Malt syrup or honey) (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen raspberries to saucepan along with the water
  • Simmer for 10 minutes or until all raspberries are defrosted and mixture is starting to thicken
  • Transfer to blender and blitz quickly for a few seconds
  • Taste test to assess if sweetner is required. If so, add 1 tsp
  • Add one tablespoon desiccated coconut and 2-3 drops wild orange essential oil

Notes

*I only recommend and use doTERRA essential oils
Will keep for a week in the fridge
If you would like to make the mixture thicker, add chia seeds and it turns more into a jam consistency. More water can be added for a thinner consistency.
