Peppermint Banana Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 2-3 frozen bananas
  • 1 heaped tablespoon cacao
  • 3 medjool dates, stone removed and chopped
  • 1 drop peppermint essential oil*

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into high speed blender and mix until all combined. Serve immediately

*Please only use food grade essential oils. I only use and recommend doTERRA.
