Orange Tarts

These delicious orange tarts are perfect for morning or afternoon tea. They can be made in advance and kept frozen.
Servings 12 people



  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup dates
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup Walnuts


  • 2 bananas
  • 3 freshly squeezed oranges
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup



  • Blend all base ingredients together. Place equal parts into 12 piece muffin silicon moulds and press down with back of spoon. Place in freezer for a few hours to set.


  • Blend all topping ingredients together and pour on top of each base. Leave to set in fridge or freezer.


Can be eaten directly from freezer
