Orange and Mint Smoothie

A cooling and refreshing summer drink, but perfect all year round. Great as an immune booster also.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 oranges, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cup cucumber roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup mint
  • Ice to chill if no frozen fruit

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender
  • Combine until mixed
  • I have a Blendtec blender and used the whole juice setting
  • Serve and drink immediately
