Orange and Apple Mint Smoothie

A refreshing,healthy drink. As we head into winter in Australia, apples and oranges are coming into season. This drink has a wonderful, fresh taste and feels so light and healthy. It is great all year round but is also a great smoothie to drink during the winter when our bodies often don’t crave smoothies as much.

Servings 2 people

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1-2 cups lettuce or spinach

Instructions
 

  • Add water to the blender
  • Add rest of ingredients (greens last) and blend until smooth (use smoothie setting if blender has this option)
  • Serve and enjoy
