What does coaching involve?

Coaching uses evidence-based techniques that empower you to take control of your own life. As a qualified health, nutrition and wellness coach, I take a step-by-step structured approach to guide you to the right path for your needs.

Together, we assess your values and identify any obstacles that might get in your way. This allows us to set goals that align with your values and formulate strategies to overcome the challenges that arise.

Coaching is not about quick fixes or generic diet and lifestyle plans. Every step of the way, I will be there to help tailor advice and strategies to suit your needs, your lifestyle and your preferences.
