I’ve worked in the health industry for over 20 years and have been running my own business as a health practitioner since 2015.

I’m passionate about mental health and am advocate for there being so much more support in this area so I decided to make it happen in my own way. I would love you to join me and share this event so we can support as many people as possible.

Laura Campbell

Topic: Find your flow: Acupressure and Qi Gong for stress.

During this talk Laura will talk about how acupressure and QiGong are two powerful ways to get the internal energy pathways flowing more freely.

Stress = tightness, tension, pain, headaches, digestive disorders, hormone imbalance, anger, frustration, irritability, fatigue. These can all come about from a lack of ease and flow in the body. Find out how acupressure and QiGong will help.

Laura is an Acupuncturist, Yoga Teacher and Emergency Nurse. Her passion has always been to bring the knowledge, principles and practices of both East and West into her clinical work and into the community. Now more than ever before people are seeking to understand themselves, their body, their health and their minds on a deeper level. It is important to make this relevant, relatable and applicable to everybody’s unique circumstances and experiences. Laura combines Chinese Medicine, Yoga philosophy and a Western medical view of the body in her treatments and recommendations for mindful movement practices.

Chris Henderson

Topic: Light and Health in Our Modern World.

During this talk Chris will discuss what blue light is and how it affects our (mental) health. He will also discuss the difference between natural and artificial light and how to manage optimal light exposure during the day and night to look after our health. Chris will also provide some solutions to optimise your light exposure for health

Chris is a qualified 'Functional Diagnostic Nutrition' practitioner coaching clients through diet and stress reduction principles including how their exposures to light both natural, artificial and used as a therapy, effects the bodies biochemical, hormonal and circadian rhythms. This passion led him to set up a company educating the public about light and also partnering to develop healthier lighting solutions that can help us maintain healthier function when we are indoors.

Jessica Burgess

Topic: Mindfulness and Self-hypnosis to help navigate uncertainty and maintain your wellness.

During this talk Jessica will guide you through a step by step practice that you can do every day for 10 minutes to explore the beliefs that are holding you back and allow you to step into what you want to create with their health and wellness.

Jessica will also help you explore the role of the conscious and subconscious, and how to use Mindfulness and Self Hypnosis/meditation to tackle both components.

Simple and practical exercises include
1. Reflective exercise on current mental health and beliefs holding you back
2. The why behind self-sabotage and feeling stuck.
3. 5 simple strategies to protect your mental health with a guided workbook.

    Jessica is a registered Psychologist, and is trained in Coaching, Hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy. She is passionate about holistic health and supporting clients in achieving their wellness goals, recognising that it starts in the mind.

    Topic: Creating lasting and sustainable change

    Simon is a 30 year law enforcement veteran, an internationally accredited life coach and soon to be bestselling author!

    During this talk Simon will discuss why creating lasting sustainable change is so crucial in coaching.  

    He will explore how our vision and values drive us, and why many people fail to reach their goals. He will discuss some of the techniques of changing mindset, and how to create motivation and accountability.

    Simon will also talk about the importance of life coaching in 2022, and why everyone needs a coach.

    Melanie Eager

    Topic: What is Buteyko breathing and how it can support your mental health during these times

    During this talk Melanie will explain the theory and practical side of Buteyko breathing including some exercises which you will be able to use any time to help support you through stressful times. Learn how to move your body from fight-flight to rest and digest.

    Melanie is a holistic health practitioner and Buteyko breathing instructor with a special interest and skill set in stress management, anxiety and burnout. Melanie believes that stress plays a huge underlying role in DIS-EASE within the body and uses her knowledge and experience when coaching her clients, and also incorporates this into her Buteyko breathing education.
