Melanie is a nutrition and health coach with a special interest and holistic approach to preventing and coaching clients with cancer. With two science degrees from London University and a health science career spanning two decades, Melanie unites science with holistic health and complimentary therapies to ensure her clients have all the tools and information available to achieve their best health and peak performance.
While sharing her own personal health journey from chronically fatigued to running an ultra-marathon, Melanie teaches and inspires people to incorporate more vegetables into their family’s diet, and to aim for ‘prevention over prescription’ where possible as the key to optimal health and wellness. Melanie is passionate and motivated to share her knowledge with others on their health journey.
