Kiwi and Mint Green Smoothie

A refreshing and healthy smoothie, perfect for summer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 lemon, with rind if organic
  • 1/2 bunch mint roughly chopped
  • 3 leaves kale, stalks and rib removed, roughly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add water to blender
  • Add rest of ingredients (greens last) and blend until smooth (use smoothie setting if blender has this option)
  • Serve and enjoy

Notes

Serve topped with hemp seeds*
*If legally allowed to be consumed in your country
Add ice to taste if none of the fruit is frozen, or alternatively chill fruit first
