Blueberry Chia Jam

I love jam spread on muffins, pikelets or banana bread but I really don’t like the amount of sugar that is added. I didn’t really realise this until I started to look at home made recipes and was so shocked. So I started experimenting to find the perfect spread with minimal added sugar and I found this to be perfect. You can adjust the addition of sweetner as per your taste.

Turmeric and Ginger Chia Pudding

Healthy, nutritious and tastes like a yummy treat ? Surely not! Oh yes, it’s true. This turmeric and ginger chia pudding is so good it could be eaten for breakfast.

Creamy Chocolate Mousse (Dairy Free)

Mum’s Pancakes

I’ve been dreaming of pancakes I used to have as a child for a while now. Thin, crispy on the edges but soft in the middle. All the pancakes I’ve had in Australia have been smaller and denser. So I asked my Mum for her recipe that I grew up with, hence why the measurements are in ounces and pints !! I’ve tweaked it slightly (I don’t use salt and I added sugar, plus I made it gluten free). I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do. Don’t forget to check out the raspberry, coconut and orange sauce to go with it!
