The Buteyko Breathing Method was developed in 1952 and named after the Russian Founder Dr Konstantin Buteyko. There are thousands of published scientific articles from around the world that show how effective this method is.
With my Buteyko breathing education, I will provide you with simple, powerful and effective tools to empower you to take back control of your health by improving your breathing. I will also teach you simple exercises to show you how to breathe through your nose and not your mouth.

You will learn how to get more oxygen around your body which will allow you to change your mental and physical state and reach optimal performance in all areas of your life. I work with children from the ages of 5 years old and adults either in a group setting (online) or individually.
