Blueberry and Passionfruit Chia Pudding

A healthy and nutritious snack perfect for morning or afternoon tea or even breakfast. Not too sweet and packed full of goodness. This is also great as a post workout snack.

  • 400 ml Almond and Coconut Milk I use Pure Harvest
  • 3/4 Cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 Cup blueberries I used frozen
  • 3/4 Cup Fresh passionfruit scooped out Plus extra for topping
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds Plus extra for topping
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup Depending on your taste


  • Blend blueberries and milk
  • Stir in remaining ingredients until thoroughly mixed
  • Leave until thickened, stirring occasionally so that chia seeds don’t lump together
