Christmas Pudding Smoothie
This really does taste like Christmas pudding in a glass, but there is no reason why you should only enjoy this during the festive season. It would be perfect all year round. It is also perfect as a post-workout drink.
  1. Add soy milk to blender
  2. Add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth (use smoothie setting if blender has this option)
  3. Serve and enjoy

Add ice to taste if none of the fruit is frozen, or alternatively chill fruit first
